Oh yea, we are back in Quartzsite. things are dead here but the candy man was expecting me. Wow, I love these.Temperature is near 80 and the sun is bright.
Our friends Linda and Gary. Gary is a famous guy in the air brush world. Linda is a high roller in the school system. Lots of fun to be around. they are on their way to Quartzsite now so maybe we can see them tonight.
Getting gas today was a joke.
In 10 minutes I had 14 gallons. Drove to Arizona and stopped. Got 15 gallons in that time. Not sure what the problems were. In this picture I had just driven a mile from leaving Gary's. Oh well.
Rolling through the Palm Springs about 11 am.
Teri continued driving the Vibe as Jim, our GMC man, wanted us not to tow the car so the brakes can get seated in good. When we leave here the Vibe will be attached. Fuel is up to 3.15 in Az. It is 3.05 20 miles east of here so guess where I will buy it next?Feels good to be stopped again for a couple of days.
Off the roads so the working folks can have them until Momnday.

The "Zip Travel Center" has good prices on gas. I'm guessing that's the place you're talking about that's 20 miles east.
