What a Day

Teri, Ken, and I hit the trail this afternoon. Ken and me in front of some old John Deere tractors.
Here is one for sale. Lots of lookers.

After we spent all afternoon, and saw very little of the entire stuff, we stopped to visit some GMC friends. Bert Curtis is replacing his house batteries, with lots of help. Took 10-15 minutes to assess the chore and take in lots of unsolicited instructions.

Later in the evening Teri and I went back to town to see some more of the stuff. Will take us all week to make the rounds.
We found that a few more Flex busses have shown up. I just love eyeballing these old machines.

After dark we stopped back by to visit our GMC friends. They were sitting around the fire eating supper.

Teri loves camp fires. I don't. So, we stayed as long as Teri wanted to hang around the fire. We will have many more evenings like this.

Thanks for stopping by. We have about a dozen GMC coaches here now. Teri and I are parked 6 miles south with the ham radio operators. Ken Burton is here with us. He drove in this morning.
Well, that's it from here. Maybe I can find a cheap camera with no spot in the picture while we are here. Wish you were here.
Dan

Those Flex busses have a lot of character, just like the GMC. It's hard to take your eyes off of them.
