Look at that car. Teri knows how to pack it. If she is not satisfied she takes it out and starts again. Ready to roll.
These wind generators are everywhere. It is hard to believe how many have gone up since we were here 2 years ago.Our first sighting of Mt. Hood.
Mt. Hood as we get closer. This is a monument to WW1 Vets that died on the battlefield. Very nice and overlooking the big river.
One up and ready to hit the water. There they go. On weekends you can barely see the water for all of these folks. It is a sight to see. there were several out today.
Another of the falls. This one is Multnoma, or something like that. Never can remember it but most famous along this stretch. We got the very last parking spot, it was crowded.
Check the fuel gauge in the picture above. We were sucking fumes when we rolled across the bridge from Portland to Vancouver. I refused to stop in Oregon again. They do not fill the tank. that is why we were empty. The kid at Pendleton left it 2-3 gallons short. Craziest law I have ever heard of but you must remember who controls the legislature here.
Well, we are here. Feels good to sit for a few minutes. The traffic was light, always is on Tuesdays. Most folks work, I don't care what some say. That is why the traffic is lighter on Tues, Wed, and Thurs. Those are the best days for old guys like me to travel. Leave the weekends to those still forging ahead. Heading out to my brother in law's for a bbq. He is a great cook. The weekend will take us to Tillamook. Can't wait. Be careful and thanks for riding along.

I was just about to tell you to stop for gas!! Your low fuel lite is on..oh and speedo is off just a tic...LOL!
Dan,
You need to photo shop your GMC into that pic of Multnoma Falls for Gene's 'Famous Places' album. I don't think you could fool him but...The GMC on that bridge would look pretty cool.
