GMC Motorhome People

Have I mentioned how GMC folks are so great? Sure I have. Today we met these three in Lordsburg, NM. for lunch. They are Wilda Cook, Jeff Willard, and Gary Cook. Jeff was meeting the Cooks today down on I-10 for lunch and invited us to meet them also. What a great visit we had. Wilda is from Bloomfield, Mo. Now, how small can the world really be. That is 5 miles north of our home in Dexter. We had a great visit. They now live in El Paso and were on their way to California. Thanks Jeff, for inviting us. We have made some new life time friends.
Gary is thinking about paint on his motorhome. right now is the best time to have Topeka Graphics have your coach. You will not believe what we paid for our Vdub paint. If you think you want new paint on your coach, now is the time. Gary and Wilda have a child in Owensboro, Ky, so they can be fairly close for the 3 weeks it will take for new paint. Think Topeka Graphics if you are in the midwest anywhere. The Cook's daughter lives 3 houses down from our good GMC friends Ted and Sylvia Stinnet.

After Teri and I said our good byes we went to get lp at Flying J, where Jeff was filling up his truck. Gasoline jumped 12 cents when I hung up the nozzel, from 2.47 to 2.59. Flying J had no lp so we had to hit a KOA. Paid 3.19. Rip off but we caused it by forgetting the tank when we went to Safford Monday. Propane is 2.69 there. I wont forget the tank next time. Here in Duncan lp is 3.59.
Here is my sweet wife with our 6 year old grandson after school. Teri is teaching the boy to cook.

Chocolate chip cookies. I begged my way into getting a raw one. Yum.

What a day. Teri and I are so fortunate to have so many friends. We met Jeff Saturday when he came to help Bob and me with the brakes. He then invited us to meet the Cooks from El Paso. Just great. Should you spot a GMC coach parked, go up and meet the folks. Ask them a question about the coach and you might just make friends for life. We don't really care if you drive an SOB, Some Other Brand. You hang around us long and you might just find yourself looking to purchase the best coach ever built, the GMC.
Everyone have a great week. Teri and I are still loving the t shirt weather here in Duncan, Az.
Dan
