GMC Motor Home, Travel with Teri and Dan

Almost Ready

We are about ready to roll. I got the coach greased today. We will mount the scooter on the rack and hook the bug up tomorrow. Still need to vacuum the bug and the motorhome but that won't take long. Will fill it with water as we are dry camping. I filled it twice Saturday and drained it. Can't think of much else. We will turn the refer on tomorrow so it is good and cold. Hope to roll out of here Thursday morning around 9 or 10. Will cross the river at Cape Girardeau. Teri has several geocahces located up in Illinois. We love taking the back roads. Only driving a couple hundred miles to Effingham but will take two days. Can not park on the grounds until Friday afternoon. That gives us time to find a lot of caches.
We got to see 6 of our grandkids today. What a surprise. 3 were in town for a funeral and we visited while they ate lunch. We visited with the other three this evening while our grandson played baseball. He hit a homerun first time at bat. That Colsyn is a natural athlete.
