Upgrades For The GMC Motorhome

This post is for my GMC friends.
Take a look at Jim's new ride. Won't he be styling when he is out cruising with these 22 inch wheels?

Alonzo went to work at 8 am. Boy, it is tough on me getting up so early and getting out of the coach.

Calipers going on the 12 inch discs. I think the new rears are 11 inch.

Things are coming together. This is going to be an awesome upgrade. I will have it to show at GMCMI in Patterson, La.

Looking good on the driver's side too.

A shot from the front.

Here is a shot before the knuckle went on with the bearing in it.

Alonzo using an air hammer to drive the studs into the assembly.

Tell me the Quadrabag is not selling. Look at what showed up this morning.
Ok, that is about it for today. Donny took the day off so it was Alonzo all by himself. He will be here bright and early in the morning, Saturday, so they can get this thing to the allignment shop Monday.
Got to go, supper at Pizza Hut with Jim and Teri.

Nose on the window: Bugs bust their noses on the outside and you do yours on the inside! We enjoyed your visit with us. Sorry Charlie Manson was not feeling well enough to come out and greet us.

The most clear and fond memories I have are of being broke down. The GMC with a bad ignition wire in Death Valley or a hole in the fuel tank on a gravel road in deepest Mexico are good memories because I figured out how to fix the vehicles. What good is a solution without a problem? Hope you can remember your trips to California with similar fondness. You fixed it today and got it going last year. Irene expects breakdowns so her faith in me can be revived. Does Teri feel that way yet? Via Con Dios. Doug Norton and Irene
