A Few Shots
See, I can get up early. I grabbed the shot of the sun coming up as we left Teri's dad's Friday morning.Getting ready to climb the big one.
I thought you would like these 2. You can see the bug in the rear view camera system.
ill. Here is a note I was looking at as we were on top of Cabbage Hill. Even had internet up there.
Green at 3600 feet.
Fenceing to block the snow drifts from the interstate.
Here is the 455 just a humming.
Our first look at the Snake River.
Notice how green it is right on the bank of the river.
As we crossed the Snake.
Was really high here. This is in Idaho on hiway 30.
Nearly over its banks.
Look close and see the water falls coming out of the rocks.
Now, this is where we parked in Ely, Nev. I drove the coach all the way to the back to make sure we were not bothered. Did not want to taake up any truck spots. What happened? Well, 4 of these bad boys pulled in and crammed right up on us. They ran their generators all night. Look how close this guy is. There were 10 acres and nothing anywhere else. Wonder if I made them mad or something? I was not moving.
As we got started this morning.
L.eaving after a little picnic under one of the few trees we saw today
Las Vegas at noon on a Saturday.
Folks are getting the idea. These were in front of a big power station. Solar and wind. Should have done this 10 years ago.
