Busses By The Bridge
Oh yea, I saw the sun rise this morning. Teri and I pulled out of here at 10 til 8 this morning. We are on the most western side of the Mountain Time Zone so it stays light late and gets light late.
We scooted right up to Lake Havasu City for the VW Bus show. It was a great gathering. I suspect 300 plus busses but that is a guess. Just before we pulled into it we found a hotrod car parts swap going on.
That is some fancy paint.

Here we are. Notice anything unusual about this Vdub? I will post more pictures of it tomorrow.

This one was smooth. I like the no window look.
They are crammed in here everywhere, right on the Colorado River.

It seems that most of these busses are from California and Arizona but a lot of other states represented here. This is a big deal.

Some very nice body work and paint on many of thes units. They are much nicer than when new and the prices reflect that on the For Sale stickers.We have a lot more pictures to post, maybe twice this many. I am just too tired to get them up tonight. Was 80 miles home and we geocached all the way. Check back tomorrow.
